Speak is experiencing extremely fast growth, and our main challenge for the next year is scaling our business and operations. To this end, we're looking for a rockstar Operations Manager to help tackle these challenges and buildout critical parts of our everyday business.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for being the face of Speak when communicating with our users while also being the voice of our users in driving our product development. In addition, the Operations Manager will play a vital role in making sure that our renowned content library is of the highest quality. Finally, this role will own the entire production pipeline, including overseeing contractors who are responsible for certain parts of the production process.
